History:
Born in 1981 on the same day as H.P. Lovecraft, a fact that I, at this time, could not appreciate. And even oblivious to this lucky incident most of my life, i only learned a few years back that we share the same birthday. Fate would also had is hand in this; as his novels where my first contact with dark fantasy and fantasy in general.
Later in my primordial youth, I started with ADnD, got into Shadowrun and many other, often obscure systems. Since then I settled down and as time is fleeting, I started also with collecting boardgames, which helped in the last years to keep in touch with friends.
I was a forever DM most of my life and played my fair share of characters but just for my personal fun. Now I am eager to delve into this new endeavor and exited to see where this may lead.

History: A gamer from a very young age, Derek has been playing TTRPG’s since 1990 after a chance encounter at a book store with the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 2nd Edition Player’s Handbook. He has proudly never looked back. Since that fateful day he has gone on to play and run several campaigns over the course of thirty years, finding a pervasive love for acting and storytelling. He has worked in Theater, Voice Acting and Film, and has published a number of short stories in the world of genre fiction. He currently has his hands full working as a manager in Nutrition Services for a local hospital. These days you can mostly find Derek in an idyllic coastal New England town, married to the girl of his dreams, and chilling with his loving and at times oh-so sharp cat.

History: I've always been fascinated by games where your imagination is the limits. Being introduced to the game by my uncle Donely Thorndyke was a great reprieve from the drama that is the life of a highschool misfit. I started with Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, went to Champions of Norrath, even got a couple tutorial games on D&D Beyond. From there the rest is history. Dungeons and Dragons has and always will have a special place in my heart.
